Ever wondered what life at a YWAM base is like? Do you have a passion for missions and serving? Or maybe you just finished your DTS but still want some time to figure out what your next step is. Wherever you're at in life, if you have a desire to serve in a positive environment, volunteering at YWAM Davos could be for you! Come spend a month or two (or three!) in a great community and build solid relationships while serving alongside our staff and students. If you're interested in volunteering, send us a message! We'd love to find the perfect spot for you.

- The registration fee of CHF 50.- is payable with the application form.
- Please list the required people to fill in a reference form for you below.
- After receiving your completed application, the required reference forms and payment confirmation of the application fee, we will process your application carefully and get in contact for a video interview with you.

Child Protection
We believe that all children have value, worth and dignity since they are created in the image of God. Thus we believe that all children should be treated with respect and cared for in ways that honor God. In addition to our own children running around the base, you will also come in contact with local kids of every age.
Sadly even within Christian organizations all over the world kids have been abused. We want to do what we can that this will not happen within YWAM Davos, but we also acknowledge the risk and chance that it could happen here.

As a student you will have direct contact with children and young people and you will be a part of providing a safe environment for them.

I understand that if a complaint is brought against me regarding the abuse of children while engaged in YWAM Davos activities, the allegation will be thoroughly investigated in cooperation with the appropriate authorities.

I will respect and protect the sexual, psychological and physical integrity of children, adolescents and adults. I will not tolerate boundary violations and sexual assault.

I will inform the responsible person of YWAM Davos, when I have knowledge that the integrity of children, adolescents or adults may be at risk.

I will help to resolve any suspicion even if I am accused of any border violation or sexual assault.

Medical Attention*
Should a situation arise where I am sick or injured and urgently require medical attention, I give to the base director, or his or her delegate the authority to make any decision concerning my immediate treatment, until I am able to make the next decisions for myself. This includes anesthetics, medication and operations as in the opinion of the attending physician are deemed necessary. I declare that the above named shall not be required to contact my next of kin prior to exercising his/her authority as provided herein.
I declare that I shall not hold Youth With A Mission, the base director or his/her delegate, liable for any decision made by him/her for any damage or loss that I sustain as a result of exercising the authority herein granted by me.
I give authority for urgent medical attention*

In case of my death during the course of my involvement with Youth With A Mission, I wish that my next of kin be advised as soon as practical. Their wishes with regard to funeral and disposal of my body be complied with, as long as my next of kin places Youth With A Mission in sufficient funds to carry out those wishes. In the case where Youth With A Mission is unable to contact my next of kin or that my next of kin are unable or unwilling to give directions to funeral and disposal of my body and come to a satisfactory arrangement with regard to payment of related costs within reasonable time, then I direct that Youth With A Mission at its sole discretion make arrangements for funeral and disposal (including burial in a foreign country) at the expense of my estate.

I understand that payment of the required lecture phase and activity fees must be made in Swiss currency upon my arrival, unless otherwise approved in writing by the course director, before my departure for Switzerland.
Outreach fees must be paid in total by midway through the lecture phase.
I therefore, accept all responsibility for any fees, ministry cost and personal expences incurred during my involvement with YWAM Davos.
